Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the retail sales team

  • Train and evaluate employees to ensure they meet company standards
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints in a professional manner

Compensation Package:

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (estimated)
