Job Overview

We are a rapidly growing hydraulic manufacturer specializing in fluid power products and electronics. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to oversee existing accounts and drive new business development in Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities to expand market presence in the region.
  • Communicate the benefits of our comprehensive product line to clients.
  • Position products as high-performance solutions that deliver long-term ROI.
  • Prioritize accounts, plan sales activities, and maximize coverage within the assigned territory.
  • Partner with engineering teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the fluid power or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

What We Offer
