Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the scheduling of cashiers to ensure optimal service levels and minimize wait times.
  • Provide assistance to patrons and employees as needed, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Monitor and manage the flow of traffic to ensure that an adequate number of exit lanes are open at all times, meeting city and operational requirements.
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of cashier terminals, including monitoring supplies and reporting equipment malfunctions.
  • Verify and review specific transactions, such as abnormal or undocumented transactions, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and adhere to contractor supervisor and cashier policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and safety.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent education.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Preferably, at least one year of work experience in public parking operations.
  • Excellent time management skills.
