- Implement strategies to minimize obsolescence while ensuring adequate stock for customer needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in the process automation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Understanding of process automation systems, PLCs, and control systems.
- Experience with customer and product lifecycle management strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to visit customers and attend industry events.
