About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at ITS Technologies & Logistics. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Champion the user experience by understanding customer needs, conducting user research, and collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and engaging product experiences.
  • Conduct competitive market analyses, monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Articulate the product plan, communicate product plans, progress, and results to key stakeholders internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in product management roles or a similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for building products that make a meaningful impact.
