Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory base and expanding the sales of BD products using a balanced selling approach that involves a focus on key differentiating products, programs, and services within the infection prevention and biosurgery space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a territory base and expand the sales of BD products
* Present, educate, and provide in-services on the process/procedure of properly using the Company's products to surgeons, OR staff, and other individuals
* Maintain thorough knowledge and capabilities of BD's products, channels, and methods of distribution
* Meet territory sales and profitability goals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
* Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
* Operating room sales/medical device experience is preferred
* Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational, and planning skills
