Job Description:

SUMMARY

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for leading the business development and sales activities within assigned territory to drive revenue growth and uncover opportunities to increase sales of core products and solutions.

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including orthodontists and their professional and clinical teams, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

The Territory Sales Manager will develop and implement business plans and territory-specific strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, while also managing and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales of core products and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including orthodontists and their professional and clinical teams
  • Develop and implement business plans and territory-specific strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide timely response and resolution to customers' requests and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and solutions, as well as industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of related industry experience, including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management
  • Ability to travel with 30% overnight
  • Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business and territory planning

Working Environment:

The ideal candidate will live in Boise and will be responsible for traveling throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.

The Territory Sales Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing timely response and resolution to their requests and concerns.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
