Sportsbook Server

The Sportsbook Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the Sportsbook lounge area. This role requires a strong knowledge of sports wagering and terminology, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Provide gracious, kind, and warm service to guests, creating a sense of fondness and Old-World Hospitality.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and adhere to food service sanitation codes.
• Have extensive menu knowledge and take guest orders, anticipating their needs and delivering orders in a timely manner.
• Tender payment and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service and meet departmental goals.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior food or beverage service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend technical procedures, government regulations, business periodicals, instructions, and correspondence.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidential information.

• Must be able to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekend hours, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume Food and Beverage operation.

• Must attend required training sessions and obtain required licenses.
• Must perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Must take necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
