Your expertise in closing instructions, title commitments, and settlement statements will be invaluable in achieving timely and error-free transactions. This is a full-time position offering an estimated salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and access to a 401(k) plan. An NC Notary certification is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have:
