Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our commercial real estate team, you will assist with complex commercial real estate closings, review title and survey reports, and prepare closing documents.
Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys with commercial real estate closings, including reviewing and preparing closing documents.
- Review title and survey reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain files related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Prepare lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements, and other documents as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A four-year degree (or equivalent) and at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
