Executive Virtual Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Virtual Support Specialist to join our team at Jump Consulting.
This is a unique opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to work closely with the CEO, providing exceptional administrative support and contributing to the growth of our business.
About the Role- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, email management, and data analysis.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
- Assist with client onboarding, interaction, and communication, ensuring seamless relationships.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and spreadsheets, tracking financial transactions and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-level assistant role or similar position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools like Asana or Trello, Slack, ConvertKit, and Magai (or AI tool).
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to leverage artificial intelligence software for content creation and task automation.
- Expertise in calendar management, email campaigns, and financial tracking.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous planner with strong interpersonal skills.
$12-$20 per hour, paid on a time-tracking software. This will start as a 30-day trial, with potential renegotiation of payment terms after establishing a working relationship.
