Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse RN - Part Time Nights in Stone Oak, TX.

About the Role

As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • At least 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Ability to speak, write, read and understand English.
  • Ability to travel to patient homes in the Stone Oak, TX area.
