Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse RN - Part Time Nights

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team in Stone Oak, TX. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them to recover from hospitalization and maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and update the nursing care plan to meet the individual needs of each patient
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • At least 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English
  • Ability to travel to patient homes in the Stone Oak, TX area
