Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual product sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Service, and Applications, to achieve Leica Biosystems performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence in the market.
- Monitor and analyze competitive activities and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, including some overnights.
- Prior experience in capital sales or a similar industry.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000.
