Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to management and visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and email, making travel arrangements, and ensuring a positive experience in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
• Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.
• Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Requirements:
• Degree in a related field.
• Prior administrative experience.
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
• Attention to detail.
• Multilingual may be preferred or required.
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
