Job Title: Family Support Specialist

Clearbrook is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Specialist to provide essential support and services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home and community settings.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
  • Encourage and facilitate community involvement and social interactions.
  • Support clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation with vehicle insurance.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
