Position Summary:
A Sales Consultant plays a vital role in guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey. Responsibilities include showcasing products, engaging in negotiations, and highlighting vehicle features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a seamless buying experience by adhering to established sales protocols.
- Cultivate and communicate extensive knowledge about vehicle features and benefits.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations both in the showroom and during test drives.
- Ensure a thorough delivery process, helping customers understand their new vehicle's features, warranty, and necessary documentation.
- Implement a follow-up system to foster repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop a proactive prospecting strategy, including outreach to potential customers to schedule appointments.
- Uphold the integrity and value of the sales process.
- Successfully close sales transactions.

General Expectations:
- Arrive at work punctually and adhere to company standards.
- Maintain a professional demeanor towards both customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; a two to four-year college degree is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations is beneficial.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with automotive software is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
