The Client Relationship Specialist will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong connections, fostering trust, and ensuring integrity in all interactions, whether with clients, prospective clients, or team members.
This position also involves scheduling meetings and serving as a support for the branch operations. Furthermore, the role includes engaging with the community, representing the organization at various local events.Key Responsibilities:
• Open new accounts and manage account updates for clients.
• Address inquiries and efficiently handle client requests.
• Conduct transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers.
