About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at Brinson Chevrolet. As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our vehicle lineup, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Present vehicles to customers in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree or higher preferred.
  • Two to five years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
