Position Overview:
The role of a Salesperson at Brinson Chevrolet is vital in guiding clients through the vehicle acquisition journey. Responsibilities encompass showcasing products, negotiating sales, demonstrating vehicle functionalities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist customers throughout the sales journey in accordance with established protocols
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of vehicle features
- Demonstrate vehicle functionalities in the showroom and during test drives
- Facilitate thorough vehicle delivery, detailing features, warranties, and necessary documentation
- Implement a customer follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business
- Engage in prospecting activities to attract new clientele
- Uphold the company’s standards of quality and integrity
- Effectively close sales transactions
General Duties:
- Comply with company scheduling and professionalism standards
- Exhibit professionalism towards customers and colleagues alike
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in automotive sales is beneficial
- Familiarity with new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
- Outstanding customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with automotive software is an advantage
- Maintain a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
