The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service to clients and driving business growth through effective account management. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process service requests: prepare quality submissions to carriers on behalf of clients or prospects, review and analyze quotations received from carriers, prepare professional and accurate proposals for presentation to clients, and perform contract reviews to ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
  • Follow-up in a timely and professional manner with all clients, carriers, producers, and peers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain and prioritize workload, including tasks to be handled by Account Assistants, to meet productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Resident State Agents License or ability to obtain one within 2 months.
  • Insurance experience preferred, with a strong understanding of commercial lines, property, and casualty insurance.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000-$90,000 DOE, depending on experience.
