Compensation Overview:

The compensation framework reflects the Company's reasonable expectations at the time of this posting. Role Overview:

The Service Operations Supervisor (SOS) oversees a team of Service Technicians responsible for the installation and/or maintenance of cold beverage and/or fountain systems. This role ensures exceptional mechanical service and/or delivery to customer accounts within a designated area, maintaining high standards of beverage quality and equipment service. The SOS is accountable for managing budgets and operational expenditures.

Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Implement the company's Field Service vision and strategy
  • Enhance employee engagement
  • Guide, inspire, and develop team members
  • Educate, reward, and establish measures to retain team members
  • Lead team productivity enhancements through technology and training
  • Focus on process optimization
  • Identify, share, and apply best practices
  • Improve customer service experiences and uphold customer relationships
  • Act as a liaison with clients and sales teams to address concerns
  • Analyze and evaluate relevant business data for Field Service metrics
  • Ensure KPI targets are established and objectives are achieved
  • Manage financial oversight
  • Evaluate employee performance as necessary
  • Other projects or responsibilities as assigned
