Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager Operations to join our team in the Greater Chicago Area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring quality customer service, and handling budgeting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of our service centers in the Greater Chicago Area.
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure the financial health of our service centers.
