We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietetics Supervisor to oversee the activities of clinical dietitians at designated hospital locations across Oregon. This role serves as a liaison between Clinical Nutrition and Food Services, responsible for distributing pertinent information to front-line caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, schedule, and assist in hiring clinical nutrition caregivers
- Ensure that the food served to patients meets nutrition standards
- Monitor clinical nutrition staffing, workloads, and productivity
- Manage onboarding and training of clinical nutrition caregivers
- Maintain clinician competency and development
- Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from an AND-accredited college/program
- Oregon Dietitian License upon hire
- National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire
- 2 years of clinical nutrition work experience
- Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition from an AND-accredited college/program, Master's in Public Health, or Master's in Business Administration
- 1 year of management/leadership experience
