Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietetics Supervisor to oversee the activities of clinical dietitians at designated hospital locations across Oregon. This role serves as a liaison between Clinical Nutrition and Food Services, responsible for distributing pertinent information to front-line caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, schedule, and assist in hiring clinical nutrition caregivers
  • Ensure that the food served to patients meets nutrition standards
  • Monitor clinical nutrition staffing, workloads, and productivity
  • Manage onboarding and training of clinical nutrition caregivers
  • Maintain clinician competency and development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from an AND-accredited college/program
  • Oregon Dietitian License upon hire
  • National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire
  • 2 years of clinical nutrition work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition from an AND-accredited college/program, Master's in Public Health, or Master's in Business Administration
  • 1 year of management/leadership experience
