Job SummaryWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team in Lexington. As a Direct Care Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality supports to adults with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily activities and supports to clients, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Implement treatment objectives and goals, working collaboratively with the care team.
- Organize and accompany individuals on community outings, fostering social connections and community integration.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case records, ensuring data collection and reporting.
- Provide personal care and support, including medication administration as required.
