Hospice Leadership Professional

Clinical leadership opportunity in hospice care is available for an experienced nurse with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving clinical excellence.
- Experience Required: 2+ years of hospice leadership experience
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver high-quality patient care. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5p
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000, plus bonuses based on individual and team performance. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
