About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Critical Care Hospice Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a hospice setting.
This is a full-time position with a variety of shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Our team provides compassionate and individualized care to patients and their families, and we are committed to making a positive impact in our community.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to hospice patients in various settings, including home care and inpatient facilities.
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- A current RN license in the state where the position is located.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Critical Care Nurse, preferably in a hospice setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
