About the Role

Camping World is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our website's inventory and providing exceptional administrative support to our BD Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and track RV Sales appointments in our CRM system
  • Accurately record prospective customer information and maintain a thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activity/campaigns
  • Monitor response time on all incoming leads and adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call
  • Schedule additional follow-up based on contact, log notes, and appropriate stage changes with customers
Requirements
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Results-driven and motivated for sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively manage responsibilities with time management to reach goals
  • Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Prior CRM experience and strong computer skills
  • Previous sales experience a plus
