Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Culinary Department for a facility.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in supervising, preparing, and cooking various food items.
- Develop daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment.
- Supervise hourly associates and work with Executive Chef/Chef to develop new menus and assist with ordering.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A.S. or equivalent experience.
- Some progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training.
