About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Appliance Sales Representative to join our team at Aaron's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling a wide range of appliances to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive first impression of our store.
  • Sell and explain the features and benefits of our appliances, ensuring that customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
  • Strive to continuously improve knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date on competitor pricing and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and completing physical inventories as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years prior experience in retail sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills, including multiplication, addition, subtraction, and division, necessary to accurately process sales transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds, as needed.
