Product Manager, Pt and Physician Marketing

The Product Manager, Pt and Physician Marketing is a key position responsible for driving patient, physician, and provider marketing activities on a franchise level. As a new franchise, this role will focus on building awareness of the procedure and continuum of care through cross-functional partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with the product manager to ensure a seamless approach, emphasizing strategic development, driving change, and innovation to benefit the product franchise and the entire organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute global business planning activities focused on market development.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify new markets and franchise opportunities.
- Lead patient marketing, referral marketing, and provider marketing strategies, working closely with digital marketing, public relations, professional education, and professional affairs.
- Develop and deliver materials to support deployable marketing initiatives at the local level.
- Partner with franchise management to execute market science programs, formulate franchise market segmentation, product positioning, messaging, and concept-marketing techniques, and develop tools and channel strategy.
- Contribute to setting market development and planning priorities.
- Contribute to franchise global downstream marketing and sales, suggesting means to improve strategy and effectiveness.
- Network with colleagues in other franchises and cross-functional departments to enhance own franchise systems and processes to achieve best-in-class business objectives.
- Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality, understanding and complying with all regulations governing quality systems.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or healthcare.
- 5+ years of prior upstream marketing, product management, product development, or strategic marketing experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience conducting assessments of sophisticated markets.
- Ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills and creating compelling, cohesive, and succinct presentations.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills.
- KOL engagement and experience managing multiple physician collaborators.
- Advanced degree.
- Demonstrated track record building relationships in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Conviction, passion, engagement, and eagerness to share ideas.
- Demonstrable blend of analytical and creative talent, tactical and strategic thinking, and innovative and pragmatic approaches.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
- Clinical acumen, with a propensity to be engrossed in the latest clinical literature and capable of engaging top global KOLs in clinical discussions.
- Analytical, with a detailed understanding of key performance indicators and market trends.
- Collaborative, with the ability to work closely alongside other upstream/downstream PMs and cross-functional stakeholders.
