About the Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for vendor management products, aligning with technology, supply chain, and merchandising strategies.
- Partner with merchandising and supply chain teams to align technology with strategic goals, driving data-driven decisions.
- Analyze current processes and technology to identify areas for improvement, creating a strategic roadmap and managing product backlogs.
- Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of vendor management products, defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for product adoption and performance.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration, fostering relationships across the company to enhance vendor management capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven product management experience in retail, with a strong understanding of vendor management processes, systems, and data.
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in product management, vendor management, merchandising, or related fields.
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change, with a strategic thinker's mindset and an enterprise perspective.
