Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate customer relationships to generate new business, sustain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty and visibility.

2. Expand your store's reach by utilizing business-to-business collaboration opportunities, securing referrals, and engaging in community events.

3. Mentor and develop Team Members while assisting with employee management and training to unlock the full potential of the team.

4. Manage overall store performance by achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and guiding Team Members through various performance analytics.

5. Ensure office security and execute proper opening and closing protocols, including vault management, cash handling, and bank transactions.

6. Supervise account management and recovery processes with a strong emphasis on customer service to mitigate losses and charge-off accounts. Collaborate with vendors on auctions and sales.

7. Maintain a compliant work environment that adheres to Company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.

8. Oversee the internal and external appearance of the store, addressing maintenance needs and scheduling necessary services.

9. Assist in daily operations and store management in the absence of the General Manager.

10. Utilize your personal vehicle for business-related tasks, including bank deposits, throughout the workday.

11. Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple tasks to meet both individual and team performance standards.

12. Employ strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and engage with customers and Team Members at all levels.

13. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited weekend hours, which requires a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is essential.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for work-related tasks are required (mileage will be compensated).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • A background check is mandatory (subject to applicable law).
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An Associate degree or higher is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus and may be required for specific locations.
