Job Title: Creative Operations Director for Retail Stores

We are seeking an experienced Creative Operations Director to lead our retail store operations, focusing on delivering sales and profits while protecting our assets. This role will lead and support inventory management processes, manage a team of well-trained team members to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience, and provide friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in planning and supporting the scheduling and execution of store workload.
  • Lead and manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Support and participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Achieve KPIs and manage the team to achieve their role KPIs.
  • Manage visual merchandising standards in store and execute feature space and seasonal layouts.
  • Manage and execute inventory management processes in store.
  • Manage and execute merchandise operations and Omni-channel processes.
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  • Train, observe, and coach the team to achieve results.
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
Requirements:
  • Retail management leadership experience.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment:
  • Public retail store setting, taking care of our customers.
  • All public areas are climate-controlled.
  • Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled.
  • Some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks.
  • Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
