About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive impactful acquisition strategies for our Digital business line. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels to generate sales-accepted opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for demand generation, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that generate sales-accepted opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize demand generation programs for North America, utilizing tactics such as account-based marketing, paid social, trade publications, display advertising, content syndication, and email marketing.
  • Contribute to the North America annual marketing plan in collaboration with event marketing, product marketing, PR, and the Demand Generation Manager.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns aimed at driving success for our Issuing product and entering new verticals like insurance.
  • Maintain a pulse on the latest marketing trends and competitor actions to continuously optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to identify and segment target account lists by priority verticals.
  • Create compelling messages for digital assets, web and landing pages, and other marketing materials tailored to prioritized accounts and verticals.
  • Work closely with the commercial engine to align efforts, leverage insights, and ensure cohesive execution across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Incorporate key partners & GSIs into the overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end creation and execution of acquisition-focused webinars and content, including goal definition, material crafting, vendor selection, promotion, execution, follow-up, and analysis.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and propose optimizations based on data.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years in a demand generation role with a focus on acquiring new customers.
  • B2B marketing experience and comfort with complex buying committees are required.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and / or SaaS industries.
  • Proven ability to create targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Expertise in email marketing, ABM tools, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Experience with data-driven optimizations and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and optimization.
  • Proactive, self-starter who excels at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing diverse stakeholder needs.
