Job Summary

The Vice President for Finance and Administration will play a critical role in shaping the University's financial and operational direction. Reporting directly to the President, this senior leader will oversee the Business Office, Events & Conferences, External Contract Services, and Facilities, ensuring responsible and transparent stewardship of institutional resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans, aligning with the University's mission and goals
  • Oversee the preparation and monitoring of financial reports, budgets, and financial projections
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering professional development and growth opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with academic, administrative, and support units across campus
  • Strategically align athletic programs with the institution's broader financial goals
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong record of strategic leadership, innovative planning, and analytical skills. They will have a proven ability to articulate the University's Franciscan mission and values, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. A baccalaureate degree is required, and an advanced degree and/or comparable years of relevant experience in higher education are preferred.
