Job Title: Vice President of Finance and Administration

St. Bonaventure University seeks an experienced and strategic finance executive to lead the financial direction of the institution. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of balancing competing demands and prioritizing resources to serve the community.

About the Role

The Vice President of Finance and Administration will report directly to the President and work closely with the President's cabinet, Board members, faculty, students, and staff to facilitate the University's strategic, financial, and operational vision and goals. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the many ambitious strategic goals of the institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, future-driven financial strategy through leadership and oversight of diverse functional areas, including the Business office, Events Management, external contract services, Facilities – maintenance and housekeeping, Enterprise Risk Management and Legal Services, Purchasing, Treasury and Investments, as well as Capital Programs and Construction.
  • Lead the financial direction of the institution, balancing competing demands and prioritizing resources to serve the community.
  • Work closely with the President's cabinet, Board members, faculty, students, and staff to facilitate the University's strategic, financial, and operational vision and goals.

What We Offer

The University offers a competitive salary and a generous benefits package. The salary range for this role is $210,000 - $250,000.
