Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lending Vice President to join our team at Empowers Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers to grow and maintain profitable account relationships.
  • Manage a commercial loan portfolio and ensure credit quality.
  • Conduct site visits and collateral inspections as necessary.
  • Compile financial information and conduct thorough analysis of loan applications.
  • Approve or deny credit requests within personal lending authority.
  • Present loan recommendations to the Officer's Loan Committee for requests exceeding personal lending authority.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up contact.
  • Manage and service commercial lending portfolio of loans from sales through payoff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial lending experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of lending process and management of loan portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and credit standards.
  • Knowledge of commercial credit and cash management products.
