Job Summary

The Senate is seeking a highly skilled Photographic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for converting raw camera files to high-quality jpegs, editing digital images, and managing our digital asset library.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert raw camera files to jpegs using software and post-production skills
  • Edit digital images to produce custom photographic prints
  • Manage and track customer orders using our photo ordering system
  • Stay up-to-date with new image editing technologies and techniques
  • Perform preventive maintenance on printers
  • Assist with digital asset management and photography duties as needed
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience with high-volume post-production of digital photos and prints
  • Knowledge of digital photographic imaging principles and procedures
  • Ability to learn and operate our digital asset management system
  • Strong color assessment and artistic composition skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain digital photo printing equipment
Working Conditions

This is a sedentary position that requires minimal physical activity.

Education

A college degree or technical training certification in professional photography or a related field is required.
