Regional Manager Job Description

Centurion Health is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our Georgia Regional Office. This position will cover the Central Region of Georgia and is responsible for assisting with planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating the overall clinical and non-clinical functions and activities of correctional facilities' medical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating the overall clinical and non-clinical functions and activities of correctional facilities' medical programs.
  • Assist with hiring, counseling, supervising, training, reviewing, and evaluating the work of a multidisciplinary medical team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare services and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Health Care Administration, Health and Human Services, Business Administration, Public Administration, Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university required; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of management experience required.
  • Current tuberculous is documentation and active CPR certification required.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
