Job Summary

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all areas of customer service, including handling incoming phone calls, processing orders, and managing claims.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Acquire and maintain detailed product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Train new customer service representatives to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and 10-key operations with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and good phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Background in claims handling is preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods with regular breaks to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Capable of using a computer and phone for extended periods with minimal distractions.
