Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive patient care excellence. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Pharmacist in charge designation on the pharmacy state license
  • Submission of required information to the state PMP administrator
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
