We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation MCC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance workers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Directly supervise all employees in the Maintenance Department, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 5 to 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Competitive compensation package, including annual salary range of $100,000 to $130,000.

- Paid holidays and two floating holidays per year.
