As a Client Support Specialist at MRO, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical expertise and quality assurance to clients, exceeding their expectations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor, process, and manage workflow issues via phone, email, and MRO's Action List.
- Offer level-one technical support issue resolution and triage, resolving escalated calls and supporting the Requester Services team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a broad understanding of the ROI process and apply HIPAA regulations knowledge.
- Communicate with clients regarding issues, identify workflow concerns and trends, and recommend corrective actions efficiently.
**Requirements:**
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude, ability to multitask and prioritize workload, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated client service experience, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
