Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal services to our clients, including case management, research, and drafting legal documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate cases from intake to resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and cases, preparing comprehensive memoranda and pleadings as needed.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Strong background in immigration law, with experience in litigation and family law a plus.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
