Job Summary

We are seeking two highly motivated and bilingual Associate Attorneys to join our team. One position will focus primarily on immigration law, while the other will concentrate on litigation in state, federal, and immigration courts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage cases from intake to resolution, ensuring timely and effective representation of clients.
  • Research and Drafting: Conduct thorough research on legal issues and draft pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional counsel and legal services to clients, including education and representation in a professional and expedient manner.
  • Professional Responsibility: Communicate with opposing attorneys, appear in court, and comply with all relevant rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and other relevant software.
  • Experience: Prior experience in immigration, family law, and criminal law is highly desirable.
