Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our growing team, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, building relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their financial needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Build relationships with clients by actively listening and understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Fidelity's products and services to effectively assist clients with their investment decisions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction and retention rates

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • 13 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or financial services environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in using customer databases and Microsoft Office
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within the first 120 days of employment
