Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
