Position Overview

Salary: $60,000

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Reports To: Director of Child Welfare Services

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
  • At least 5 years of clinical practice
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be available for frequent local travel

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support assigned Case Managers
  • Facilitate the coordination of services to address client needs through Case Managers
  • Conduct staff training and orientation sessions
  • Ensure compliance with EEC and other State Agency regulations regarding record-keeping, including individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports
  • Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis as part of the emergency response system
  • Maintain and obtain necessary certifications and licenses, including CPR and First Aid
  • Experience with at-risk populations and knowledge of mental health and human development is preferred
