NCYF is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Supervisor to join our Malden Foster Care Services department. This role involves monitoring individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations. Additionally, you will facilitate weekly team meetings, develop policies and procedures, and provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
Responsibilities:
* Provide supervision to assigned case managers and coordinate services to meet the ongoing needs of clients through case managers
* Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations
* Facilitate weekly team meetings and develop policies and procedures
* Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis
Requirements:
* Master's degree in a human service-related field
* Three years' prior supervisory experience
* Three years' prior clinical experience
* Valid driver's license with approved DMV, DCF, and CORI background checks
